She is so simple and so fun! A was bummed that he didn't get to help decorate the tree. He decided to do his homework that day. So, J and I made him some ornaments to put up!!

Book of Mormon Challenge!

It is so embarrassing to say that I haven't finished the Book of Mormon since our last challenge from President Hinckley in 2006. As the first thing in my New Calling in our brand new ward is to propose a Book Of Mormon reading challenge to the Sisters! As we focus and read as a Relief Society (& others) we will be unified and it will strengthen our testimonies through all the new changes and challenges of the forming of a New Ward.

If you want to read along & take the Challenge I wrote up a reading list!! We started yesterday with the Intro and our end date is Mother's Day!! I thought it fit! :) It is a little longer than our last challenge of 2 months, so I hope more people participate! Have fun!!

Adam and I are doing ours together! This will be the very first time we finish the Book of Mormon as a married couple! and we WILL finish!! I'm making sure of that! :)

25 Years.

I celebrated my 25th birthday yesterday! Kisses to Claire and Jeanie who sang to me and brought me a sweet gift. Kisses to Cindy who gave my the last $ of her fun money. Kisses to my Mom & family for an awesome Scentsy order and $ for something great!! and Extra kisses to Adam and my boys for the gifts they got me!!

Maybe now that i am 25 I will remember how old I am! I thought I was 21 until I remembered I'm turning 25 this year!! These 25 years have been so packed with LIFE, it is beautiful and amazing!

I am extremely grateful to have the fullness of the Gospel in my life! I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Christ Gospel on earth today! I feel so blessed to have the knowledgeof my Savior- this is the ONLY thing that has brought me to this day!

I have Amazing parents! My Father who watches over me from the Heavens and a Mother who teaches me all she knows! A loving husband who reminds me to be better everyday! Who loves me though all my ugly times and remind me I have a Heavenly Father who loves me though all my ugly times too!! And TWO amazing children!! What a fantastic responsibility I have and a wonderful gift here on earth!

Through these years I've had the opportunity to receive an education in education! I know teaching is a gift I have and I need to utilize it in the career I have now, with my children and with my friends and neighbors! I've been blessed with a movable healthy body! I need to take better care of it and get it more active so I can have it 25 more years just as healthy and movable!! I have been able to MEET so many people who have changed my life!! Growing up in a military home I've met so many people! I feel honored to say I know someone in so many places! Name a state and I can tell you someone I know from there or who lives there now!! (That could be a fun game! lol. Vermont and New Hampshire I might loose at!)

Anyways- This rambling is all for one thing! Thank God for the body and life I have!! To share with you the appreciation I have for you and desire in my heart I have to serve you!! And the desire I have in my heart to serve the Lord. I hope to use my next 25 years in service to the work he would have me do!! Starting in my home!! xoxoxo

Blessing Others!

I was feeling kind of down because I made a very special goal and I didn't quite make it! Then I started to get down on myself!! I am Thankful for my mom and our pep talk because she reminded me of all the Blessing I've received and all the people I've been able to bless through my Scentsy company!

Only 8 months ago I started Scentsy! I've made back my investment, I've doubled my initial investment 27 times! I've never HAD to pay more and spend more money! Compared to last year I made something for my home income! Luckily, I get to spend that money on all the special things I want for my kids! It is such an amazing feeling sharing my pay check with Adam and my kids!

Beyond just what I've done, I was able to introduce the opportunity to my friends and neighbors! My neighbor is doing fantastic int he company and just like me a stay at home mom who gets $500's or more in her check is really blessing their lives in there certain situations!! It is more than just money! My friend who lives out to the country right now loves the family unit Scentsy brings! The way to make new friends in a foreign land and feel apart of something amazing!!

I love my clients who call me monthly needing more bars to their home can be a place of comfort! A place where there children are going to make memories and a product that will keep that home flame free!!

This year I was able to go to convention, learn more because of a supportive family! I was able to raise close to $300 for the local fire department! I've been able to give gifts away for no reason and make someone smile!! I was even able to start a second business! My Mary Kay business which I love to do because it helps women feel confident and beautiful!

It has been an amazing year, I can't forget all the things I've done so far! 4 months ago I had no one on my team! Today I have 14 amazing people who live busy lives but shares Scentsy because they love it!! Count your blessings, feel blessed, and Bless others!!
